You will have the chance to take responsibility for many projects and work with numerous people in a variety of roles on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively assist paralegals with various tasks and provide administrative support on a daily basis for multiple initiatives and projects by taking responsibility for data identification, collection, processing, and transfer as well as required documentation.
Proactively work with medical providers to timely receive medical records and bills.
Use law firm methods for data collection, content management, organization, and other tasks.
Organize medical bill logs, and outstanding liens from various companies.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Attention to Detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and email tools, and technical savvy to learn additional programs, including case management software
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

Preferred

Call center experience helpful
Familiarity with industry-related legal specifics
